In recent months, the implementation of lean manufacturing principles has begun in production. The first steps led to the organization, cleaning, and transparency of production workplaces. The 5S method is being continuously implemented in all production departments from mechanical production, through the winding to the transformer final assembly department. Within the framework of machine production, standards of workplaces have been introduced, and the marking of jigs and moving objects has begun.
Efficiency in production has increased due to greater workplace organization, energy, and time. All implemented changes resulting from the 5S method help our employees, to perform better in production, same as to our customers to receive a top-quality product.
