BEZ TRANSFORMÁTORY, a.s. has been also represented on the largest labor market in Slovakia, which took place on 18-19 May 2022 in Bratislava. Around 7,000 visitors came to the profesia days this year. Participants aged 25-34 had the largest representation, up to 35%, from a demographic point of view, according to education, 42% of participants had completed the 2nd level of university and 32% of high school graduates.
Profesia days attended 81 exhibitors from the fields of administration, banking, tourism, transport, electronics and energy, gastronomy, IT, logistics, management, marketing, management, trade, law, construction, engineering, manufacturing, education and healthcare . during two days, which were enriched by interesting lectures.
Our company has been presented by colleagues from the human resources department, namely: Zuzana Jaňáková, Barbora Minárová and Lucia Frtúsová.
Barbora, Zuzana and Michal introduced the visitors to the production of transformers in BEZ, talked about job positions and professional employment in BEZ.
