A substantial upgrade at BEZ TRANSFORMATORY, a.s. intended for 2022 – 2023 will cover the majority of their production equipment. Such an upgrade has been awaited for many years.
The upgrade project is developed with due regard to all manufacturing features, therefore replacement of certain units would interfere neither production nor delivery schedules, while ensure timely implementation of all current orders.
First phase will involve the winding facility, where an area is prepared for 20 pieces of brand new equipment made by the leading European companies. New winding machines would allow making large windings, and, therefore, the transformer product line can be expanded by higher rated power equipment.
Also, this year a new high-speed steel cutting line is to be commissioned, to add to the already existing cutting lines, with completion of this phase scheduled on Quarter 3, 2022.
Next phase would involve the equipment for the dry-type cast resin trafo production site. A new autoclave module and winding treatment furnaces are set for installation, early 2023. This additional equipment will provide for increased output of eco-design products for European transformer market. At the same time, the amount of tailored transformers will be boosted to satisfy export demands beyond the European Union.
BEZ TRANSFORMATORY, a.s. priorities safety at their working places, therefore the company plans to install roller conveyors and rail carriages. All handling at the final assembling stage will be arranged by such fast and convenient roller beds that definitely facilitate cargo safety.
Upon upgrade completion, the company’s capacity are supposed to be increased twice, to respond the growing needs for transformers made by BEZ TRANSFORMATORY, a.s., which is evident lately across the Central and Eastern Europe.
Meanwhile, this upgrade will create more jobs, as expected, their number may go up by at least 34%. Relevant training courses are already thought of, in order to reach a full-scale production as soon as possible.
