About the project
Melting power increase has been one of the strategic decisions of KAVALIERGLASS. We are proud to say that new furnance transformers from BEZ Transformers Bratislava with rated power of 3,36 MVA each, fulfill this strategy at excellent level. Thanks to BEZ trasnformers, KAVALIERGLASS has been able to increase the melting power from previously installed 1,8 MVA transformers.
Customer critical requirement for similar design and size as previously installed product has been fulfilled even the rated power is double now. As a bonus, which is nowadays more and more important for our environment, with new transformers can KAVALIERGLASS significantly reduce energy loses, and cover the investments with the payback from energy loses.
