About the project

Karjalankoski hydro power plant located in Kuopio with installed power of 5,8 MW and production of 20 GWh per year secures power delivery since 1995 when new turbine was installed, however it history began already in 1913. Since 1995 the power plant can be remotly operated from Kuopio.
